About me.

Hello,

My name is Hong, which means “pink/rose” in Vietnamese. While I used to wonder why my parents didn’t give me an American name, I’ve come to cherish its uniqueness—and some people even call me Rose! :)

I’m a proud graduate of Agua Fria High School (Go Owls!) and earned my business degree from GCU. In 2016, I married my best friend, and we now have two wonderful children: Serenity and Stephan. Our family also includes our golden retriever, Buddy, who brings so much joy to our lives.

When I’m not busy running the agency or keeping up with my kids, I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s fishing, hiking, camping, or enjoying water sports. Cooking, trying new foods, and traveling are also passions of mine—there’s nothing quite like discovering new places and relaxing by the beach.

I’m excited to connect with you and look forward to getting to know you better!

FROM PASSION TO PURPOSE

My career began in healthcare, spending eight years in the dental industry, where I worked in front and back-office roles. During this time, I discovered my true passion: providing exceptional customer service. I’ve always enjoyed simplifying complex concepts to make them easy for others to understand and found immense satisfaction in solving challenging situations promptly, especially when people were distressed.

In 2017, ready for a career change, my husband Calvin suggested I explore the insurance industry. At first, I was apprehensive—selling was outside of my comfort zone. However, I quickly realized insurance isn’t about selling; it’s about genuinely believing in the value of protecting others.

I began my insurance journey in 2018 as the district office executive assistant, where I trained new agents alongside the district manager. In 2019, I joined Frank Soldano’s team as a Customer Service Representative, advanced to Manager, and ultimately acquired his agency in 2022.

Throughout my career, I’ve earned notable achievements including:

These accolades reflect my commitment to excellence, but what drives me most is ensuring my customers are well-informed and properly protected.
