From Passion to Purpose

My career began in healthcare, where I spent eight years working in the dental field in both front and back-office roles. During that time, I discovered that what I enjoyed most was helping people navigate stressful or confusing situations. I learned that when people feel informed and supported, challenges become much easier to manage.

In 2018, I began my insurance career as a District Office Executive Assistant, helping support and train new agents. In 2019, I joined Frank Soldano's agency as a Customer Service Representative, later advancing into a management role. In 2022, I was honored with the opportunity to acquire the agency and continue serving the community that had trusted us for years.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to receive recognition including Toppers Club, Blue Vase, Commercial Cup, and Prime Achievement. While I am grateful for those accomplishments, the relationships I build with clients remain the most rewarding part of my work.

The insurance industry continues to evolve, and I understand how confusing those changes can be for families and business owners. While I cannot control market conditions or rising insurance costs, I can control how my agency serves our clients through honesty, communication, education, and personalized support.

My vision has always been simple: to create an agency where people feel comfortable asking questions, confident in their coverage decisions, and supported long after the policy is issued.
